a) Project Description:
Prudential Assurance Malaysia Berhad (PAMB) was established in Malaysia in 1924. For its 2019 half year ended 30 June 2019, it achieved RM712 million in new business sales. New business sales include both life insurance sales and takaful contributions. Takaful products distributed by PAMB’s wealth planners and agents are underwritten by Prudential BSN Takaful Berhad.
Prudential Malaysia DCMS teams transforms the incoming data according to the specific client requirements and apply monthly, yearly calculations of the Agents Incentive Payments and deliver the actual payments to all the valid agents based on their corresponding plan.
Roles:

JPMC ICM provides incentive compensation solution to the JPMorgan Chase bank. The compensation tool used to calculate incentive bonus/commissions for the employee/vendor/Agents. Compensation tool implemented for Chase retail, rural, CD sales, CWM, CTL and CC streams.
True Comp provides variable incentive compensation calculation for the Mortgage Banking, CD Sales and CWM, CTL and CC. The application is third party application from Callidus software.
