Wells Fargo Securities offers access to the comprehensive resources and capabilities of a full-service brokerage firm to customers. Cash Equities division under Wells Fargo Securities provides customers access to customized execution of Equities, Equity Baskets, Listed Options, Convertibles and Exchange traded funds via WATS® Equities Electronic Trading platform.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Validation of custom changes to Fidessa, FlexTrade OMS systems which collectively provides order / execution management capabilities to Cash Equities division.

Work with Dev/ BA team to understand upcoming changes to various flavours of Fidessa / FlexTrade OMS supporting different desks within Cash Equities division. FlexTrade supports Equities, Program Trading, ETF, Swaps desks. Fidessa supports Equities, Listed Options, Convertible during.

Equities Algorithmic testing to verify the Algo strategies.

Perform pre-trade / post trade compliance validations as part of OMS regression and testing functional changes in compliance system. Sungard's Valdi Trade Compliance (VTC) is used as compliance system in Cash Equities division.
