Sales Gallery Project Manager of graphics for new and re-furbished sales galleries at MVW sites across the country and Caribbean. Includes oversight of galleries from start to finish; working with Sales Center Design department, project architect, interior designers, site Project Director, Director of Marketing, Regional VP, and sales executives on site. Travel on site visits to consult with team on layout of space to facilitate sales tour flow. Determine graphics and travel budget for executive committee approval. Input creative department on challenges and opportunities for large format graphics. Internal review of creative. Presentation to team/client. Specify materials, bid job, estimating final costs with responsibility to meet executive committee approved budget. Select vendors and issue purchase orders and assure quality of production. Travel and manage each installation to assure proper installation in timely manner without disruption to working galleries. Approve invoices and manage costs to date for all gallery graphics.
