Responsibilities
Construction execution plan,logistics, planning scheduling, controlling, monitoring activities.
Preparation of MTO & Material follow up with procurement.
Leading and representing the meetings with clients and sub-contractors.
Ensured compliance with all customer requests in coordination with relevant teams customers and management.
Commissioning extensive exposure to Honeywell TDC 3000.
Installation commissioning procedures, maintenance, trouble shooting tuning of controller.
Installation, Calibration and Commissioning of field instruments such as flow, level, pressure, temperature transmitters, indicating instruments, control valves, Gauges, ESDV’s, BDV’s, MOV’s, SDV’s etc.
Perform Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and toll box talk to executing the activities.
Checking and installing of all types of switches e.g. pressure, flow, level and temperature.
Troubleshooting of RTD’s, thermo couples.
Remove defective instruments from system, decontaminates, disassembles, and cleans instruments, and replaces defective parts.
