Saint Gobain Automotive Glass Chennai, Tamil Nadu 15.07.2015-24.04.2020 I was handling the automotive glass front windshield manufacturing line quality team and systems, Saint-Gobain Sekurit supplies automotive glazing and modular components for the global vehicle manufacturing segment and the replacement market. The Company is present in 22 countries, with 40 per cent market share in the European market, 21 per cent worldwide, and a rapidly growing presence in Asia. Saint-Gobain Sekurit India Ltd (SGSIL) is the Indian subsidiary of Saint- Gobain Sekurit France. Sekurit India has one manufacturing plant located near Chennai - at Sriperumbadur for laminated windshields, tempered side and back glasses - with a combined capacity of more than 600,000 car sets per annum.
