Provide L1 and L2 support for all CI/CD tools across development production platforms. Engaged all application teams to implement components and modules in ClearCase, ClearQuest and Jenkins and assisted in setup and problem resolution of any deployment issues. Partnered with various teams to resolve incidents and manage problems using ServiceNow and Remedy.
Performed trouble shooting, analysis, research and resolution using SQL/DB2 queries and programming skills. Conducts root cause analysis and with development and Change teams to implement resolutions. Working with, networking with various teams to identify and find the right solution in the right timeframe is a solid strength.
Worked closely with Middleware, Networking, Database and Testing teams to implement and support releases, software and hardware changes.
