Site superintendent on many projects across the United States in the healthcare, retail and in the fulfillment and distribution industries.

Delivered projects for Amazon for their delivery and fulfillment centers along with production facilities in five different states. Greenfield and renovation projects, ranging in size between 120,000 square foot design build projects and small renovations.

$5.7 million medical office building consisting of 33,000 square foot. This project was a fast track design build job, delivered the project in six months.

Completed multiple tenant improvement projects in the retail industry for Old Navy and Affordable Uniform Store.

Sugar Creek Packing Company Washington Courthouse, OH

General Superintendent/Construction Coordinator March 2013 – November 2016

Construction manager / owner’s representative of 400,000 square foot food processing facility. Project consisted of taking a dry storage facility and converting it to a food processing plant. Installation of 200,000 of refrigeration space within the space.

Managed the field construction of an 8,000 sf office renovation that consisted of 4 restrooms, 3 kitchens as well as office and conference space. Responsible for the electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drywall subcontractors, along with working with tools and managing a small carpentry team. Managed the self-preformed trades and finish work, custom millwork built-ins, shelving systems for offices, baseboards, casing and other small jobs.

Managed the field construction of a 10,000 sf renovation. Led a crew of carpenters and laborers to preform demolition of all the walls and ceiling of the space. Controlled the layout for all wall partitions, installed all new walls, hung and finished the drywall, installed grid and acoustical ceiling tiles.

All projects completed without injuries or lost time.
