● Handle the in house trades, ie; Framers, Electrician, Plumbers, finish techs. keep and distribute daily calendars, reconcile biweekly time cards. keep track of weekly OSHA tailgate meetings.

● Interview and hire consultants for the building process. ie; Architects, Engineers and MEP consultants. Track and report weekly on progress of Flip projects in planning process at the cities through to Ready to Issue.
