Conference center technical support specialist. Maintaining and issuing proper operation of all conference rooms and equipment
Duties included: daily room checks of all meeting room space. Checking all room equipment functions of technology testing video conferencing equipment, audio, computer, webcasting resolution of video displays that are at proper resolution.
Communication with other departments, secretaries and lawyers to meet their requests and help with conferencing and equipment requirements for current and future needs.
Early morning conference room set-up and weekend coverage when needed.
Inventory control and equipment replacement, maintaining equipment, reporting faults and scheduling repair needs as required.
Working weekends, week nights as needed for system upgrades inventory control and verification.
Involved with desk support systems such as Front Desk and Remedy ticketing systems and completing tickets in a timely matter focusing on the issue and completing tasks as needed. Preparing a accurate report of issue at hand.
