POSITION: CATERING AND GENERAL MAINTENANCE ENGINEER–Sept.04, 2007- until present, Company: Emirates Flight Catering (EKFC1)
Duties and Responsibilities
• Facility maintenance with modern kitchen equipment’s and its preventive maintenance an fault rectification
• Installation and maintenance with ENVAC system .(Automatic waste collection),and its controls with plc system,
• Maintenance and installation of heavy duty kitchen equipment and its BMS through control room system,
• Preventive maintenance of Hobart ware wash machine with large capacity for capable to delivery 140000 meals per day for emirates airlines.
• Repair and fault rectification and its control system and electrical panels etc.
• Planning for preventive maintenance
• Planning the PM schedule and following the work Procedure, Clearing the onsite Problem and Breakdown
• Spare parts Monitoring the and re ordering and follow up
• Follow Up with Contractor and Varies Supplier, Getting Quotation, Valuation of the quotation
• Above the all system are installation and repair, maintenance work including replacing defective parts etc.
• Daily Work allocation for the Staff, and training for the new staff, evaluate the work with staff work progress

• Daily Briefing to staff about safe working culture according to Company policy, and International Safety standard
• Provide training to the new and old staff and brief for the smart troubleshooting to reduce the rectification down time
• Handling the general maintenance equipment and coordinating with contractor for the any issue accrued to boilers or generators
• Coordinating with end user for time required to proceed with any rectification work
• Provide required information to the end user while need to order new equipment.
• Attending the installing the new equipment from A- Z ( providing the required service, install the equipment and run it )
