My tasks everyday included EDA and Predictive analytics. I received or queried datasets that contained months of transactions paired with customer attributes. My job was to identify transaction behaviors to gain insight to drive business needs and increase customer retention. I also performed all necessary pre-processing to the data so we could visualize the results and create dashboards.

My daily tasks were assessment of data quality and completeness in preparation for analysis, I would present this information with PowerPoint slides. There products were bikes and we would target high value customers based on customer demographics. Upon completing data preprocessing, I was tasked with the job of presenting the information with Tableau. I also had to draft up PowerPoint slides addressing Data Exploration, Model development determining a solution or hypothesis that’s related to the business question at hand.

Windows 10 deployment, I also handled asset management. I tagged and uploaded the inventory to the servers. While I was in the warehouse, I swapped out LCD screens, serialized mother boards, reset servers, diagnosed printers, desktops and laptops that operated on the windows and apple operating systems. I also installed software and POS systems for the Department of Education and Human resources throughout Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan and the Bronx.
