Greif, Inc- Engineering Intern May 2019 – August 2019

• Focused on supporting the plant manager in improving the equipment maintenance processes through interacting with vendors for facility improvements, working on continuous improvement projects, and assisting in failure analyses. Learned the fundamentals in creating an effective preventive maintenance program and having a lean manufacturing mindset

Analyzed utilization and expenses, collected 3rd party quotes, and developed a comparative analysis that presented the EBITDA and payback period of each option

• Created a presentation for the HR team over Code of Conduct and Ethics to be used for their yearly training process for employees. Resulted in improved workplace safety and conduct SENIOR CAPSTONE PROJECT

• Collaborated with peers to design and fabricate a device to prevent the unraveling of coiled tubing on pipe spools. Optimized to customer requirements, with the main focus on the device’s safety and reliability
