I moved around cold, pastry and hot kitchen, I worked early shifts in the hot kitchen because we only served A la Carte menu and there was a lot to learn in the morning than in the afternoon. Responsible for ensuring that guests feel welcomed and at home front the minute they walk into the hotel, I assist in making accommodation and restaurants reservations. Daily duties include: answering calls and directing them to relevant departments, directing guests to their correct conference venues, check ins and check outs, pit check, activating key cards and general reception work.
