MM forging is one of the leading auto component manufacturer & exporter of forging parts all around the world. In technical collaboration with M/S Tokai corporation, Japan. It is the largest exporter of steel forging at southern region.
Develop robust design for new, special or existing products that can be produced economically and according to established project timelines. Knowledge of manufacturing methodologies like forging, machining of large components.
Engaging in all phases of new product development including concept, documentation, design, testing, supplier interface etc. Prepare using 2D & 3D CAD software mechanical drawing, material flow simulation analysis, detailed drawing & assembly drawings complete with calculated dimensions and tolerances.
Revise and alter detailed and layout drawing to conform to engineering changes and prepare engineering change requests.
Manage suppliers and projects to ensure timely program deliverable within budget & Analysis of reducing wastage of material & time during process. Working with engineers from other groups to integrate machining feasibility.
Utilized Excel to update Standard design Sheets for 3 programs; Crankshaft, Stub Axle, Front Axle Beam
Preparing documents like APQP, PPAP for new product developments. EDUCATION
