Keep an updates of all stock cards and computer records of all warehouse items.

Updates purchases of items for labeling and recording.

Monitors and reports pilferage, unwise use and improper disposal of scrap materials such as excess materials, recyclable and wastes materials.

On Materials Control

Prepare pick list of requested stocks.

Inform the superior on the availability/unavailability of requested items.

Facilitate materials delivery.

Prepare proper documents.

Updates stock card and computer record regularly.

Ensures all items are labeled properly, arranged by rack according to supply classification and stock numbers.

Facilitate turn-over of warehouseman upon project completion.

Issues clearance after proper turn over.
