Incoming quality inspection of raw material, approving it for production and final inspection of the parts prior to assembly and supply (Microstructural evaluation, Grain size determination, Inclusion Rating, Chemical Composition, Casedepth) Metallurgical analysis of Molybdenum coatings ( Microscope) of Gears and preparing reports ( Coating morphology, Coating Thickness, porosity level,meanthickness) Validation of Control Cooling process parameters and trials for gear parts carried out after forging and preparingreports
Preparation of PPAP reports for the trial parts or any process change for customer approval
Failure analysis of failed components received from customer or during manufacturing/testing
