I am currently a student in the Master of Science in Athletic Training program at High Point University. I graduated from Coastal Carolina University with a BS in Exercise Sport Science. After interning with the Chanticleer baseball team, I discovered my passion for baseball and aspire to continue my athletic training career working with baseball. I am currently SASTM and CPR/First Aid certified and will sit for the BOC exam in the Spring of 2021.

Worked in conjunction with the head AT for injury prevention measures and rehabilitation of the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill Women’s Soccer team, as well as practice and gameday coverage.

Performed and assisted with evaluations, rehabilitation plans, therapeutic modalities, and electronic medical record inputs. Covered every game and practice as well as traveled to away games.

Observed and assisted in the use of Active Release Technique (ART) on the Coastal Carolina football athletes. This was used to help improve movement and functionality with the desired outcome of shorter return to play time. Also assisted with altering the players strength and conditioning routine when needed due to injury.
