Served in a newly created position as the risk and business development consultant for 95+ global franchise locations throughout Latin America, Europe, Australia, Asia and the Middle East. This included an in-depth needs analysis project to create detailed report per country to reduce liability, manage claim expenditures and vendor management.

Led a team of 70, including 12 direct reports, responsible for managing 12 rental locations and driving profitable success. This included full P&L responsibility for a $25M book of business and a creative and aggressive business ownership mentality.

Led a small team that collaborated with key internal stakeholders to manage strategies designed to increase operation management potential, lower fleet maintenance costs and identify opportunities in claim and vendor management. This included managing a $300M budget for national vendors.
