having technical problems. My self-determination and strong math skills aided with me
mastering and resolving all issues.
-1987-Promoted to Supervisor in the Acceptance Test Area where took on the role to be
responsible for supervising a team of test engineers and managing customer support items
opened, but also remaining hands-on.
- Trained, supervised, and appraised the test team. Enforced company policies.
- Performed high level analysis of hardware and software issues found during testing and
perform the necessary checks to ensure that issues are being worked to resolution.
