Senior Programmer Analyst (2015 – Present)

Designed and enhanced the customer account process for AIG’s main account database system - Account Database (ADB). Maintained and enhanced the commerical and consumer account, credit risk and worker’s compensation information provided by Duns and Bradstreet for domestic and international clients.

●Initiate a monthly process which sends and receives client, credit risk and worker’s compensation data from Duns and Bradstreet used to maintain AIG’s major databases. Collaborate with D&B Senior Customer Consultant to address data structure, transfer procedures, and interface issues.

●Developed major releases for 2-3 products with continual modifications; resulting in 90% of all releases delivered on schedule. Creating test cases and release documentation for Quality Assurance testing, responded to trouble tickets based on results.

●Worked closely with business units to receive requirements for projects and to address any issues with the daily, weekly or monthly processes.
