Dirt Bike

It is a National level off-road bike racing event

The main objective of this product to participate in the off-road dirt racing event

According to the rule book criteria the dirt bike has been designed in solid works software and the designed sketch is analyzed in anzys software

After the analysis is done the process is moved to next stage (Manufacturing Process). All the components are manufactured according to the dimensions given in the rule book

After the components are manufactured they are assembled and fitted in the frame

The overall efficiency of this product is tested by the following technical inspection

SAE BAJA

SAE stands for society of automotive engineers. It is a National level off-road car racing event

The ultimate objective of this product is to obtain theoretical as well as practical knowledge in mechanical core field

It is an event for UG students, organized globally by the society of automotive engineers

The task of the students is to design, fabricate and validate a single seater four wheeled off- road car to take part in series of events

The event is spread over a course of 3 days to test the vehicle for the sound engineering

practices that have gone into it

The agility of the vehicle in terms of ability, speed, acceleration and maneuverability characteristics. Finally to endure that back breaking durability test IN PLANT TRAINING/INTERNSHIP AND WORKSHOPS
