Dear Hiring Manager,

I am writing with interest, regarding the position of Customer Services Supervisor.

Although my present position with the University is very rewarding, I am seeking a new avenue to exercise my strength in providing outstanding customer service. There are two things that I love about my work as a Custodial and Environmental Service supervisor. First, my customer service rounds at the hospital, where I met with patients and their families, and actually have an opportunity to sit and chat with them. It’s the customer who teaches us what works and what doesn’t, so getting to know them just a little, is not only fulfilling, but also quite educational. Next, I love to attend partnership meetings with the facilitators and nurse managers whose areas I have previously and currently supervise. The sense of belonging to a high functioning team of professionals and the regular correspondence that those meetings generate is very rewarding. It is with this in mind that I feel that I would be a perfect fit for your team.

Thank you so much for your consideration. I very much hope to hear from you soon.

Warmest regards,

Terese Dean
