Inward Inspection of raw materials, predominantly castings.

First Piece Approval for Setting and Periodic Inspection of running parts.

Preparing Quality Inspection plans for various stages which includes Incoming, In-process & Final process

Arranging and conducting Pre-despatch Inspection before shipment.

Sub-contract inspection at suppliers’ premises in order to reduce the rejection of components.

Reviewing purchase order, specification, drawing of customers and regarding the necessary information.

Supervising all the work carried out at my site including Structural work.

Monitoring daily and weekly progress of fit up, welding, and NDT clearance.

Production planning and execution of Fabrication of Structural.

Preparing advance procurement list, and daily production report.

Follow up the fabricated and machining item as per production plan & procurement.

To review & take corrective action for structural rework and avoid recurrence.

Visual inspection of BEVEL welds joints as per standards ASME Sec V.

Visual inspection of weld passes before, during and after welding.

Visual inspection of in-coming material, welded parts, fabrication parts.

Inspecting the joint Fit up, Bevel angle, Route face and Route gap.

Checking marking and layout, orientation aspect, assembly as per drawing.

Frequently monitoring of handling of electrode consumables.

Supervising the workers and allocating work handling capacities.

Responsible of all structural for (Radiant column, End panels, Side panels, Arch panels & etc.

Development and verifying the structural layouts for fabrication works.

Sound experience in estimation, shop fabrication and erection.

Preparation of Inspection and Test Plan, Quality Control Procedure as per client specification requirements if necessary.

Reviewed and get approval of Welding Procedure Specification/Procedure Qualification Record in according to ASME Sec IX, ASME B31.3, ASME B31.1 and AWS D1.1.

Witnessed Welding Procedure Qualification and Welder Qualification.

Inspection in manufacturing of Valves, Pumps and Pipes.

Monitored and Inspection of Pipes including Pre-heat and Post Weld Heat Treatment when necessary.

Monitored welding consumable control and it’s storage at construction site and sub contractor’s fabrication shop

Reviewed and Get approval of NDT procedure from client and monitored NDT activities like RT, MT, PT, HT, &PMI
