Projects handled: L&T Pipe rack lifting analysis.

Scope of work:

Scope involves in performing lifting analysis of pipe rack structure by splitting the structure into pancakes and carrying out analysis in STAAD pro, Analysis is carried out with pipe loads and without pipe loads. Instabilities and member failures in the pancakes are mitigated by addition of temporary knee bracings at necessary location. Care should be taken in-order to control the Horizontal support reactions.

Projects handled: Duct supporting structure for thermal power plant for ISGEC. Scope of work:

Scope involves in complete connection design for the project. Based on the clients approved STAAD file. End forces for each member is taken and appropriate connections has been applied to the joints and nodal mark-up plan for every single joint has been given as input for modelling and detailing purposes. Preliminary general arrangement drawings will be checked with STAAD for proper arrangement of the members in modelling aspects. Projects handled: 3 MW Solar PV power plant utility scale in Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu. Scope of work:

Grading and levelling of the site are carried out based on the grading layout, based on the soil condition test has been carried out to determine the pile dimensions like the diameter of the pile, pile length, and width. Pile dimensions have arrived with the help of pull out test and lateral pile test. In those test the pile withstands 120KN of force in pile pull out test, those dimensions are 300mm in diameter, 1500mm length. With the help of lateral pile test, the ability to withstand lateral effects on the pile is determined. Location of the machine control room is marked in the site, the foundation for the reinforced concrete building has been deployed. Isolated footing has been used for the machine control room buildings and checks for single shear, double or punching shear and bending moment are considered for footing. Reinforcements are provided in the tension face of the footing as well. Trenches are provided inside and outside of the MCR building to accommodate the HT panel wiring as well as to provide supply to the switchyard and inverter duty transformer which are provided outside the building. The storm-water drain is provided for the power plant based on the topography provided. Inspection of structural steel for the Module mounting structures and fasteners are carried out at the vendor's place. Design and analysis of module mounting structures based on the tilt provided from the PV-system analysis report. Preparation of design basis report for all civil works.

Projects handled: 4 MW& 10MW Solar PV power plant utility scale in Kurnool, Andra Pradesh. Scope of work:

Worked on the equipment layout for the machine control room buildings, Preparation of design basis report for all civil works. Providing architectural and structural drawing for the reinforced concrete building with deck slabs. Preparation of cable schedule for the HT panels, solar panels, and transformers. Review of all civil drawings, coordinating with the site engineers for completing the project on time.

Scope of work:

Carrying out inspection process for cold-formed steel structures for the solar power plant project. Coordinating with the vendors for the design and review the design documents and coordinate the same with the site engineers. Carrying out a sequence of inspection for hollow square sections and hollow rectangular sections for the pre-engineered buildings in the power plant. Providing foundation details for transformers, 33KV pole structures, and 110 KV pole structures. Analysing the pole structures in staad and providing stability reports for the project.
