FRAGRANCE Specialist often have to juggle many tasks. Assisting clients with finding the scents that achieve their goals. Explain and demonstrate use of cosmetics through actual application. Advance expertise in the field by staying up to date on cosmetics and fragrances developments and information. It includes building client relationships, conducting training programs, closing sales demonstrating product features, taking part sale events, and maintaining a pleasant selling area. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Maintain accurate records and sales offers. Review sales performance and aims to achieve monthly targets. Job Responsibilities:
SHISEIDO BEAUTY ADVISOR (BA) offer suggestions and solutions for women to become beautiful through the use of beauty products, so that their wish to remain beautiful all their lives is granted.
To achieve this end, BC’s participate in various trainings programs and seminars to acquire range of skills, from the basics of customer service, such as how to greet and see off customers, to consulting skills and technical skills rotted in professional expertise, as well as the spirit of hospitality for customer satisfaction. Through gentle contact with customers’ skin and hearts, BCs will help customers in bringing out their beauty.
