Project Details

M.E. Project

Developed a project on “Adaptive control of dissolved oxygen concentration for Activated Sludge process”. In order to protect the environment from the municipal waste, water treatment plant is required. In biological waste water treatment plant, Activated Sludge Process (ASP) is the most commonly used technique to remove organic and nitrogen pollutant from waste water. Activated sludge is a biological process which uses bacteria and other microorganisms to remove contaminants from the waste water by assimilating them. Most of the microorganisms in the activated sludge process need free oxygen (O2) to convert food into energy for their growth. In the aerobic tank must be maintained with sufficient amount of dissolved oxygen to remove organic and nitrogen pollutant from waste water, to maintain the DO adaptive controller is designed

B.E. Projects

Developed a project on “Efficient VLSI implementation of modulo 2^(n+1) adder and multiplier”. This project is aimed at increasing the speed of these processing high speed adders and multipliers are needed. In this project we propose fast modulo (2n+1) adders and multipliers. The multiplier algorithm employed Wallace tree multipliers with compressor while the adder algorithm employs parallel prefix logic.

Developed a project on “Heat Detection of Transformer and Intimation to Electricity Board.” This project aims to protect the transformer fromOverheating due to high loads and transformer losses. Using a Micro Controller and a temperature sensor which monitors the transformer continuously and by using an alarm module the intimation if given to the electricity board when the temperature of the transformer is increased beyond the rating and the circuit is cutoff.
