Engineer Customer

*.Release weekly, Monthly schedules for all work centers. Analyzing planned progress v/s actual progress and taking necessary actions in case of slippage and inform to top management the same.

2.Scheduling of all production departments timely and

efficiently to meet customer demand.

3.Develop and monitor schedules daily and liaison with the

Customer Services / Production departments to

optimize and prioritize production plans.

4.Monitor and evaluate capacity requirements with timely

communication of potential issues.

5.Maintain of minimum agreed stock levels where specified in SAP and Daily scheduling of incoming customer orders which are not available from inventory.

6.Liaise with other vendor manufacturing facilities.

7.Purchase of pallets, packaging items, pails, labels, and raw

materials to ensure all materials are on site to meet the

production demand/plan.

8.Participate in physical inventory checks as required. Develop and exercise cycle counting inventory control with manufacturing &warehouse teams.

9.Review and ensure BOM's are accurate and current.

10.Develop risk management programs to ensure continuity of supply in emergency scenarios.

11.Dispatch activities and plan by daily basis and Tracking moments of goods.

12.Implement material flow management systems to meet production requirements.

13.Maintain metrics, reports, process documentation, customer service logs, or training or safety records.

14. Develope process that support and hold high sale rates
