Job Description and Nature of Work
Identifying the contract scope of work, reading tender/design specifications / technical drawings and preparing design construction documents for Consultant approval.
Scheduling drawing completion, supervision & Coordination between various services & subcontractors.
Provides leadership, guidance and encouragement to team of Draughtsman making the detail shop drawings for Electrical, Mechanical, Infrastructure drawings & coordination drawings.
Attending technical and coordination meetings.
Handling critical site construction activities and rectified issues with own initiative.
Preparation of Material take off quantities & supporting variations for respective projects. Preparation of Detail Electrical Shop Drawings:
Lighting normal, emergency lighting and lighting control system drawings.
Small Power and power system drawings.
Cable tray & equipment drawings.
Earthing & Lightning protection system drawings.
External cable routing and duct drawings.
Substation & electrical room details & sections.
Voltage drop calculation, cable tray calculation, trunking & conduit fill calculation.
Single line diagrams, DB schedule and cable Schedule. Preparation of Low Current System Shop Drawings:
