Continuing in Fabric Sourcing (Purchase) & PPC Department, as Assistant Manager in Siyaram Silk Mills Ltd, Mumbai (Head Office).

One and Half Year Experience in PPC (Production Planning & CO-ordination) Department in PEE VEE Textile Ltd Jam (Wardha), which is one of the Leading Indian Grey Shirting Cotton Fabrics(2015-2017).

Five Years experience in Raymond Textile Ltd, Chhindwara in Weaving and Warping department(2010-2015) .

One and Half Years experience in Morarjee Textile Ltd(Shirting Unit), Nagpur in Weaving department(2009-2010).

One and Half Years experience in Raymond Textile Ltd, Jalgaon in Weaving department (2007-2009).

Proficiency in MS-EXCEL, Knowledge of SAP(System Application Programe), ERP(Enterprises Resource Programe) and TOC(Theory of Constaints).

CURRENT JOB PROFILE

Reporting directly to Vice President of Development and PPC & responsible for managing purchasing, production planning & handling the following responsibilities in the organization. Also actively involved in customer assistance activities.

Purchase of fabrics:- Ethnic Wear, Polyster, PV, Cotton, Lycra Base, PC, Poly/Wool etc. Quantity Approx 8 Lac/Month.

Develop of Fabric as per Marketing Requirement and Co-ordination with Designers.

Floating Enquiries as per requirement from Marketing Team.

Plan of Fabric Sourcing as per Monthly Production Planning.

Creating Comparative Chart with respect to Rate, Delivery, Quality and Payment Terms .

Create Purchase order in SAP system and send to respective venders and follow-up till deliveries.

Checking fabric quality as per costing given for bill passing.

Inventory control with Marketing people and Merchandisers of each Brand.

Negotiation with Venders

Quality updates from plant regarding inward material is up to date or if not complaints to respective vender.

Follow up of the PR, PO, GRN and Payment of venders and Material on daily basis.

Meeting New-venders every week for new development or additional supplies base.

Maintaining MIS report of Purchase and Outstanding.

Arranging planning of 3 Month in Advance from Marketing Department.

Maintaining Yarn Inventory and Yarn Follow up.

Loom Planning according to orders and Delivery Date.

Yarn Ordering and Yarn Planning as per Marketing Requirement.

Monthly Reconcilation of yarn requirement with MIS Report.

Yarn Plannning and Release Program according to Yarn.

To Follow up and Execution of internal overall production.

To Provide Yarn consumption program of Bottom yarn and Ageing yarns from Development Department

To Solve Pending qualities issue and giving solution for any issues on daily basis

Co-ordinate with yarn supplier for incoming yarn schedule and Quantity.

Maintaining Lead time and Spread time of Qualities.

Day to day Communication & Co-ordinate with Marketing, Sales, QC, Folding and Packing Dept.
