Responsible for Medical Imaging Technologies Infrastructure projects in Southern California covering 20+ hospital locations; leading the development of work plans to meet business priorities and deadlines; ensuring team follows all procedures and policies; coordinate and assign resources to accomplish priorities and deadlines. Current projects include the following:

• Program Manager for Radiation Oncology Varian Aria radiosurgery and treatment system implementation. Fully integrated FullScale Cloud Hosted Infrastructure as a Service hosted outside of Kaier Permenante. Radiation Oncology Department in Kaiser Permanente is the largest in California and one of the largest in the nation (referral center for over 3 million KP members) ~500 patients seen per day. At least 8,000 patients in consultation and 7,000 follow-up cases per year 3 fully equipped, integrated facilities (LA, Ontario, Anaheim) with 14 Varian Linear Accelerators.

• GI Image Integration project seeks to put in place a vendor-agnostic system for standardizing GI image acquisition and management. The project will require the upgrading the GI Image capture system by adding supplemental hardware that can connect to a centralized system. Successful implementation of this system will allow over 1000 clinicians to use this system.

• Los Angeles Medical Center Cardiac Catheterization Lab Upgrade for End of Service Procedure and Control Room equipment, software and workstations with associated facility and IT network build and migration from existing private network to standard KP IT Infrastructure.

• Implementation of Ophthalmology and Optometry modalities image integration and the design and implementation of a standardized OCT

(Heidelberg) Image Management System.
