JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and BOM Management
Generating assembly and part drawings in 2D / 3D by using Auto Cad / Inventor.
Providing technical justification for every component design.
Coordinate with project team for developing new proposals and Concept Design.
BOM loading and codification in SAP for further processing by respective departments.
Maintaining consistency in documentation.
Creating Presentations for the new products and modifying the existing products for
further production processes.
Vendor and other Supportive Activities
Attending Pre-Inspection meeting with vendors and OEM’s.
Providing the technical support to client, vendors.

Independently, Handled big projects like, BHEL, BPCL, KSB, KEPL, ITT & Completed
successfully within the Tendor period.
Voluminous Data Collected for various mechanical seal & flushing systems handled for
concern organization like Reliance, BHEL, BPCL, NTPC, ESSAR etc., and OEM’s like
Flowserve Pump Division SAM Turbo, KSB, KEPL, KBL, SULZER are designed for
standardization.
Worked in Team Leader position for Standardization Projects.
Make a PRICE BOOK project for mechanical seal & system designs in MS OFFICE.
