Position : Assistance Manager in SMT Maintenance (Manufacturing) M/S East India Technologies Private Limited – Bangalore. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operation & Maintenance of 11 K.V / 433 V.A.C 2000K.V.A Transformer with R.T.C.C Panel, V.C.B, S.F 6 Breaker, Automatic P.F Controlling Panel, Raising mains, Switchgear controlling panel and Circuit breakers

( A.C.B, M.C.C.B, M.C.B ).

• Operation & Maintenance of Fully Automatic P.L.C operated 1500 K.V.A & 750 K.V.A Diesel Generators.

• Operation & Maintenance of 100 & 60 K.V.A On-line U.P.S.

• Operation & Maintenance of A.C / D.C Motors with Speed control drives.

• H.V.A.C Systems, 180 & 100 TR Centralized air conditioner plants ( Water & Air cooled Chillers ), 256 TR Cooling towers, A.H.U’s, F.C.U ‘s & V.R.V units, Indoor cassette & Split air conditioner units.

• Operation & Maintenance of Firefighting panel, Fire safety alarm control panel & Fire Extinguishers.

• Operation & Maintenance of 100 H.P Air compressor with Air dryer units.

• Operation & Maintenance of Hydraulic operated lifts, Pallet tracks & Pallet trollies .

• Operation & Maintenance of 2000 L.P.H Reverse Osmosis water plant, Raw water filtration plant & Softener Plant.

• Operation & Maintenance of waste water treatment Plants ( E.T.P & S.T.P ).

• Operation & Maintenance of Public announcement system, E.P.A.B.X Tele phone lines & Network data lines

• Supervise, train and leads the maintenance team and assigned special task and activity to each individual maintenance personnel.

• Plan and perform the SMT machine Preventive Maintenance schedule for yearly, monthly, and weekly checklist and maintain records and documentations of machine maintenance and repair history for traceability.

• Evaluate all machine efficiency by collecting the management and production data and do project studies and research to resolve production issues.

• Responsible for repairing of all major problems of SMT machines, Belt Conveyors, Solder paste Printers, PCB Washer, Non RoHs & RoHs Wave soldering machines and Reflow ovens, BGA rework Station, X-rays machines, and other production equipment most specially on electronics and electrical issues and able to repair machine control boards, I/O controller cards and Servo drivers and other electronics boards.

• Responsible for installation set-up of new SMT production lines and liaise with machine supplier and vendors for machine concerns and issues.

• Prepare specifications of purchase request for spare parts, new and used equipment and perform machine buy- off, set-up and evaluation and Interface with vendors and parts suppliers for machine and spare parts related issues.

• Communicate and coordinate with the contractors for the machine electrical installation and perform testing and inspection base on machine standards electrical specification and configuration.

• Perform health check and inspection, calibration and standardization of data of all SMT machines.

• Analyzed, designed and fabricate automation projects to avoid human handling error during production to increase efficiency.

• Monitor the product status from input to output of SMT lines and coordinate with corresponding section involve to achieve productivity and quality.

• Create Standard Operating procedures documentations of all machines for the operator to follow the basics operations of all machines.

• Establish and maintain spare parts records and inventory base on usage. Educational Summary:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Sree Visveswaraiah Institute of Technology and Science – Mahbubnagar May – 2007, JNTU University. Previous Employers:
