· Planning

- Authored drilling department best-practice operations manual and set standards for StressCheck casing design software; no previous documents of this kind existed

- Currently serve as department administrator for WellView drilling database and SharePoint file sharing software

- Led Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigation on a hand injury incident; worked with Halliburton to determine corrective actions
