Description : Design the chain drives for roller conveyor to transfer the heated slabs from furnace to hot rolling machine with minimum loss of heat. The chain drive ensures the safety of the transmission of heated slap with minimum time. The chain procedure based on standard procedure of Machine Elements.

Contribution : Calculation, Selection of sprocket and chain for the roller conveyer.

Academic Mini Project Description:

Project Title : Rocker-Bogie Mechanism Robot

Description : It’s a rover with high degree of freedom to travel in rough terrains using the mechanism of rocker bogie suspension system. It’s capable of overcoming obstacles that are on the order of the size of the wheel. To increase the speed of the vehicle to human speed (1m per sec).

Contribution : programming in Arduino

Diploma project Description:

Project Title : Fabrication of the Rotary Rocket Model

Description : Rotary rocket is a fully reusable single stage rocket for the low orbit satellites and climate research purpose. Solid fuel motor used to run the rotor. The model based on the helicopter rotor mechanism. Rotary type rockets are less fuel consumption compare to normal rockets.

Contribution : Fabrication of the body structure and solid propulsion with ignitor.
