An effective approach to reduce cramps susceptibility in human muscles

This project was an initiative idea to boost up the first aid facilities in transportation sector. The common problem faced by long distance travelers are the muscle cramps due to the insufficient blood flow to the foot region because of the continuous seating for long time.
