Responsibilities:
• Analyze all products and non-conformance processes and evaluate all documents to ensure maintenance of optimal quality.
• Detection and removal of product that fail to meet specifications, whilst maintaining the quality system by adhering to manufacturing practices.
• Sanitation enforcement; charged with maintaining and documentation of good housekeeping and sanitary practices.
• Daily calibration and equipment testing; Evaluating and verifying the essential performance characteristics, specifications, or tolerance for a model of measuring or testing equipment
• Interpret and implement quality assurance standard and procedure.
• Inspect, test and measure materials or product being produce.
• Communicate complaints and the progress of its solution to the supervisor.
• Perform accurate verification of CIP (cleaning-in-place) and COP (cleaning-out-of- place) procedures.
• Confirming incoming raw materials specifications, conducting visuals and measurement test.
• Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following safety instructions and operating procedures.
• Adhere to policy and procedures as established within the department and the company.
• Ensure compliance to required regulatory procedures and regulations related to the quality of product and to the proper performance of day-to-day activities.
Achievement:
• Help bridged communication and hierarchy barrier between the Supervisor’s, team officer’s and the industrial training (I.T) students by facilitating and organizing a team get-together party which helps improves team bond thereby improving morale and productivity within the team.
WORK EXPERIENCE
• An important member of a small group of entrepreneurs, which organized a Trade Fair and an Award Night as an undergraduate’s. Acting the part of a Treasurer and Sport analyst for HOK (Humans of Kwara) TV, a brand established by the group.
