Mini Project:
1. Title: Planning of Satellite City, Analysis and Design of an Apartment Summary and Technologies used:
The rapid growth of urbanization and industrialization leads to development of Satellite City. It consists of various attributes like Residential buildings, Twin buildings, Apartments, Commercial complexes, etc., in a closed perimeter to meet their daily regular requirements in day to day life. Planning of satellite city is carried through Auto CADD software, analysis and design are carried out through STADD pro software and National Building code respectively. Main Project:
2. Title: Behavior of Expansive soil stabilized with Flyash and Hydrated lime Summary and Technologies used:
Expansive soil finds wide distribution in India. Expansive soils or Black soil exhibit large volume changes or volumetric strains because of their mineralogical composition when subjected to moisture changes. Collection of soil samples from two different locations in Coimbatore and conducted various laboratorial experiments to determine the shear strength of expansive soil along with fly ash and hydrated lime in different proportions.

3. Title: Impact and Assessment of Urbanization in Coimbatore City through Remote sensing Techniques.
Summary & Technologies used:
To determine the urban growth and its impact of Coimbatore city. The satellite data sets which are downloaded from USGS website (NASA) are processed and analyzed to get the results and to validate with field datas.
