• Calsonic Kansei Motherson is the joint venture of Calsonic Kansei and Motherson group which manufacture Air conditioning system for automobile and engine cooling system like Radiator, Condenser, Evaporator, Heater and HVAC assembly.

• Read and interpreted routing, technical drawing, schematics and computer generated reports. Managing the new product development and production day to day production concern solving.

• Analyzed work flow and planned and scheduled customer order based on material availability, machine capacity and constraint.

• Ensure production as per hourly target.

• Implementation of 5’s, Kaizen & continuous improvement related to cost, quality, moral, safety and related process.
