Responsibilities are:

Carry out all planned site inspections as per the intervention points marked in the relevant ITP

Review shop drawing by checking against the design drawings and coordinating with other disciplines before sending the comments to the contractor. Check the critical dimensions that determine that the components fit with each other and with the rails, roads, utilities, miscellaneous works, surrounding the construction.

Reviewing for Design Intent - verify shop drawings, correctly represent and implement the design indicated by the design drawings, authority standards, specifications. Dimensions or information that do not relate to the design intent will not be accepted and will be clarified with the Contractor.

Upon obtaining the dimension from the design drawings, make reference to the drawing from which the requested information can be obtained. If the dimension needs to be verified on the site, contractor should be informed. Role Summary:

Inspection of works both in progress and on completion to ensure compliance with approved shop drawings and technical specifications applicable to road and utility installations. Maintenance of robust records of all inspections undertaken to support the completion of the Project Record and to underpin contractor payments. Providing onsite support to Site Engineers, Land Surveyors and Safety Engineers as requested.

Duties and Responsibilities: -

Ensure performance of the work in strict accordance with the plans and specifications.

Maintain a detailed diary of the day’s work activities, issues, work approved or rejected, hours of operation, labor and equipment used, etc. and sign at the end of each day.

Interface with the public, especially residents and business owners adjacent to the work to mitigate the construction impacts.

Coordinate with the contractor is Engineers in charge of the work on a daily basis to advice on the proper execution of the work.

Project Scope Dual Carriage way each having four lanes constructed for 140 speed limit 6 bridges and two ramps and having Dry & wet Utilities estimated cost 1.2 billion AED.

My Duties & Responsibilities on the project but no limited to.

Resolve the site generated quarries by coordinating with Project Manager to ensure performance of the work in strict accordance with the drawings and specification.
