In this project, we describe a method for matching and classification of protein structures; we use protein 3D Secondary structure to match the proteins. The method encodes secondary structure of proteins in the form of histograms and uses histogram matching techniques to Match the proteins and compare them. The final step is the Classification of proteins according to their families; we use the K nearest neighbor classifier to do this classification using extracted features from histograms.
In this project we also evaluate the proposed method by measuring the generalization and efficiency of the classification.

- Tree View Control to be used in web forms:
Allow user to select an item from the tree and view its description in a Data Grid, Allow him to Add, Update, delete any Item.

Allow employees in a company to order dinner from any restaurant or super market, in organized way, first they vote to a certain restaurant, and then order what they want, they get an invoice with their order, the responsible employee get a summarized Report with all orders and total price.

Allow user to view mobiles, search for certain mobile according to model or price, view SIM Cards for sale and charging cards, select item they want and add it to a card, using security concepts for sitee administrator and for customer.

Design a use case diagram, sequence diagram, Collaboration diagram, class diagram and finally write the code.
