● Crafted, led and executed on SANS Institute digital product vision resulting in a 20% increase in the number of customers taking cybersecurity training and 50% increase in the customers finding relevant content.

● Conducted user research and user testing taking over 500 customer data points, using intercept surveys, customer interviews (moderated and unmoderated) culminating in a deep understanding of customer problems and pain points.

● Developed customer personas and journey maps to explore the mental model of the customer’s approach to finding training and content with the end goal of using this data to build user interfaces and designs.

● Led user interface and user experience design with a mobile first approach building prototypes using Invision from the data collected in user research and testing, resulting in richer customer designs, experiences and interactions.
