• Assumed ownership of the Business Continuity program. Analyzed existing information and compiled a Risk Assessment and Business Impact Analysis which was presented to leadership. • Gained ownership of billing the data circuits in North America. These accounts were in disarray with many outstanding, disconnected, or over-charged. Brought hundreds of accounts current and correctly charged.

• Implemented successful strategy of going paperless within the department and with all vendors. This increased transaction efficiency while adding to further department savings.

• Cisco and Microsoft troubleshooting technician. Increasing levels of responsibility as a Point Person, Team Lead, and Data Center Manager. Extensive experience in problem identification, escalation, and resolution with over 250 sites around the world. Had the unique opportunity to be part of a team that designed and built a new 5500 square foot data center.

• Change Control Manager for all technical infrastructure changes across the organization. This required establishing standards and enforcing compliance between change implementors and project leaders. This required in-depth technical knowledge and daily review meetings for all stakeholders. Cross Functional team coordination and management were key to proper change control.

• Responsible for department audit control and reporting in accordance to the standards of Sarbanes-Oxley, (SOX), and incident management.
