ELECTRICAL SITE ENGINEER

PROFILE

A Qualified Electrical Engineer with 3+ years of Gulf experience in the Electrical system and execution for construction project, multistage building commercials & private deluxe residential villa. Staff accommodation Building Industrial area. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical Knowledge:

Supervising the various construction activities

Installation of LV Switch gear panels.

Installation of Cable trays, electrical junction boxes and their supports.

Glanding and termination.

Installation of lighting and small power Distribution board.

Installation and testing of Lightings and small power system. Responsibilities:

Check the quality of work as approved shop drawings, method statement, and progress and programmed.

Allocation of work to various tradesmen.

Forecasting manpower, equipment, material and other requirements

Issuing inspection request to the consultants after QA/QC procedure.

Monitoring and follow-up electrical subcontractors work and supplies.

Coordinate with other trades engineers.

Strict implement of construction program.

Closing of punch list.

Punch listing by walk Downs with Client.

Preparation and monitoring of the daily program of work.

Ensuring that the latest drawing and approved material are used in the site.

Testing and commissioning.

Responsible for technical submittal.

Controlling wastage and other recourses.

Follow up with all ELV systems sub-contractors such as Fire Alarm, Emergency Lighting, Aspiration control system,CCTV, Building Management System, Parking Management System, AV/PA System integration and various interfaces

Responsible for the sub-contractor allotted to the site work, work out put, quality and progress.

To prepare the monthly work report and billing as per work done at site.
