RE: Submission of a CV for consideration for any future openings for a Physician Assistant position.
I would like to submit my CV for any position for a Physician Assistant your practice may have at the moment or in the future. I am dedicated to lifelong learning and I could offer additional dimensions to the current services you offer to your practice. I would be able to assist with outpatient care or emergency calls, and am hoping through experience I would able to assist with hospital visits. My aspirations are to provide exceptional patient care and be a reliable provider for the patients. Benefits, salary, and hours are negotiable. Thank you in advance for your considerations.
I look forward to speaking with you about the possibilities of working with you in the future.

I worked as an Anatomy and Physiology tutor for the first year physician assistant students with three of my classmates. We offered individual tutoring and held office hours so the students were comfortable asking any questions while they were studying.

LEADERSHIP AND COMMUNITY SERVICE
Community Care Clinic Spring 2019
I performed history and physical exams and provided patient education on health promotion and disease prevention for the lower socioeconomic status population of Toledo, Ohio. This opportunity provided experience with patient-provider interaction as well as helped me learn how to think as a medical provider rather than simply answering questions on a test.
COVID Tracing April 2020-June 2020
I assisted the Lucas County Health Department with COVID contact tracing calls. This consisted of contacting people who have tested positive for COVID, inform them of the positive test, and get a history of where they have been for the past two weeks and any symptoms they have had. I then contacted anyone the person may have been in contact with for more than 15 minutes without a mask in the past two weeks and inform them that they have been exposed and should self-quarantine. This opportunity has provided me experience of interacting with patients and patient education.
UTMC Emergency Department January 2018-April 2018
I volunteered in the Emergency Department during my junior year of my undergraduate education. This experience exposed me to the fast paced environment of the emergency room. As a volunteer, I assisted patients with simple tasks such as grabbing a warm blanket and getting the patient water, while also shadowing providers. I was also responsible for cleaning rooms after a patient has been discharged and keeping rooms stocked with supplies and linens. I had the privilege of experiencing how all members of the healthcare system work as a team for each patient. This includes the nursing staff, PA, physician, EMT, and social worker along with consulting any hospital staff required.
