Duties and Responsibilities:
●Production Support: Standby every day for the calls from the Operations for the abended Job details and ensure to fix all detected errors/issues within the SLA and send instructions to the Operations to run jobs or post late jobs in the production.
●Sr. Developer: Assisting my teammates and new hires (fresh graduates) by conducting internal Mainframe based training sessions to ensure that they will have a good understanding on using our Mainframes.
