Multi-skilled pharmaceutical and biomedical research scientist. I have more than 4 years hand on experience in vivo and in vitro research in rodent model from two continents. I also have worked with different cell lines, histochemistry and knowledge about some molecular techniques. Along with my research skills, Bachelor and Master from Pharmacy provided me sound knowledge about medicine and a different analytical skill of both biomedical, clinical and pharmaceutical product as well as assay development. Graduate Research, Rowan GSBS, Stratford, NJ. September 2018 to June 2019 Pilot Project-I: Physiology of Neuron in The Dorsal Raphe.

Characterized the mediodorsal raphe nuclei of mouse brain by using patch-clamp electrophysiology technique.

Collected target live brain region by mouse perfusion, brain sectioning, and then mounted over slide Immunohistochemistry.

Pilot Project-II: Differentiated the target brain region between mice with Canavan disease and normal group by using immunohistochemistry, stereology and mammalian cell culture for gene therapy for Canavan disease

Pilot Project-III: The Effects of Mild Traumatic Brain Injury on Catecholamine Efflux in Prefrontal Cortex.

Quantified the neuron fibers into the PFC of mTBI rat brain by using Keyence digital microscope and image-J.

M.S. thesis research supervised by Dr. Thomas Keck: Medications development for drug addiction and other neuropsychiatric disorders.

Project-I: Assessing abuse liability and anti-addiction properties of IBNtxA.

Evaluated the effects of novel opioid IBNtxA on morphine-mediated conditioned place preference (CPP).

Determined whether IBNtxA preimmunization alters morphine withdrawal symptoms.

Evaluated the discriminative stimulus properties, analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect of IBNtxA and other novel drugs by hot plate test.
