Stockholm University in 2019 and I am

Maintained and developed daily, weekly and monthly departmental metrics using SQL (SAS), Excel macros, pivot, vlookups. Acted as a knowledge master for reporting and process management within the Collections department. Ownership of Collections analytical processes relating to the adjustment of the operational strategy based on portfolio development and segmentation. This included daily direct customer engagement and monthly follow up interactions to ensure cash collected. Interacted with local government and municipal agencies to ensure that the Collections department abided by laws and regulations, as well as handling customers in petition for bankruptcy. Managed the estate process of the bank, which included financial write offs, cash collection from estates, interaction with legal representatives, insurance companies and government agencies.

The mortgage process involved conducting micro level analysis on incoming applications.
