I worked as SITE IN-CHARGE in KMV PROJECTS of A.P TIDICO HOUSING PROJECTS, AMARAVATHI, ANDHRA PRADESH.

I have been involved in the construction of G+3 Buildings of 21 Blocks and 17 Blocks by using latest Shear Wall Technology and Mivan Centering in A.P State Capital, Amaravati.

Site Supervision, Executing and Checking the Quality of Work such as Walls, Frameworks, Scaf Folding and etc. as per specifications.

Execute the steel as per approved structural design and drawings. Various Finishing Works like Plastering, False Ceiling and Painting etc. as per specifications.

Electrical and Plumbing works, Under Drainage works, Sewage Lines, Water Pipe Lines etc. as per specifications.

Design and Preparation of detailed Project Work, Quantity Surveying and Estimation. Preparation of Work Bills to the Contractor and Submitting for Payment.

Ensuring Quality and Safety at Site Materials Forecasting for Indent Preparation. Attending Progress Meetings regarding the Status of Work.

MAY 2014 TO JUNE 2017:

Dimensions of the main factory building are 30 28m height& executed Eructation of Lift.

Handled 310 Crores Project Independently and Successfully within the Stipulated Time.

OCTOBER 2006 TO NOVEMBER 2008:

Molasses Tank (7500 MT) at Chagallu, 600 Cubic Mts ROPlant at Chagallu Distillery and 300 Cubic Mts ROPlant at SRD Jangareddigudem and Land Scaping, Green Belt Development, Laying of CC 6 A.C. Concrete Flat Form.

Attended the V.R.K. Pothavaram Project Work of 5000 TCD capacity and Heavy Industrial Structures and Heavy Mechanical Foundation Static and Dynamic Foundations like Turbine, Boilers, Can Carriage, Fibrazer, R.O Plants, Weigh Bridges Bhudder, Can Unloaders, Internal Roads and Residential Buildings and Fabrication of Structures, R.C.C Chimneys, etc.

I have performed the Whole Supervision and Duties Discharged Individually.

I have performed the Preparation of Bills and Bar Bending Schedules, Maintenance of Man Power and Material’s up to date.
