EMPLOYMENT HISTORY

Ingram Content June 2017 – Present

Warehouse Maintenance Supervisor Maintenance Manager – Neil Simmons

I have been the Supervisor over Warehouse Maintenance since coming to Ingram in 2017. I have written all of their Lockout/Tagout procedures and implemented our new program, rewritten SDS, rewritten equipment PM checklist, put together a comprehensive training curriculum on these subjects and implemented training for our technicians. I became certified to train equipment and PTO truck operators. I have taken on and revised inventory tracking, maintenance cost tracking and attendance. I have implemented our own in house maintenance of our compressed air system as well as new sortation systems and other newly implemented equipment. I track all safety data, time and employee work. Make work orders for each technician’s daily task and ensure that the work is completed in a safe and timely manner so as to not interfere with warehouse distribution. I purchase all warehouse equipment and safety needs as well as tracking budget and cost of each separate GL that items are purchased on. I use Peoplesoft as the purchasing system and to show items received once they come in. I also currently use Outlook, Teams, Excel, Access, Word, Power Point and One Drive. I have received the highest marks on my evaluations which put me in the distinguished category after my first year in service. I have implemented training for the different types of conveyor systems that we currently run, Hytrol, Matthews, Rapistan Dematic, Roach and ACSI. Training also on different types of inputs and outputs for the system including but not limited to Allen Bradley, Keyence, Sick, Dodge Tiger, Baldor, Mitsubishi. I feel that ongoing training and promotion from within are things that were lacking and it seems to have helped a great deal with moral in the maintenance crew and overall job performance.

Our shop implemented and maintained hydrogen fuel cells and fueling stations, implemented and maintained 100 automatic Jervis-Webb and Creform brand guided carts (AGCs) and also implemented ID Systems (an RFID system) for tracking equipment usage and damage. The shop was responsible for modifying equipment as necessary to meet Nissan specifications. I was charged with tracking and implementing preventative maintenance to keep equipment within OSHA compliance. We were tasked implementing alternative power sources for electric equipment, such as fast charge, opportunity charging and methanol fuel cells (running as an on-board charger).
