As a quality controller visually check the printed circuit board assembly.

Visually inspect the printed circuit board assembly (PCBA).Findout the problem like

Component missing, component polarities, component soldering and component values etc.,

Testing Engineer:

Our company most products is v.guard all stebilizers boards.it’s include testing the pcba in input voltage,output voltage,low cut and high cut,ntc.we would check all things within particular voltage.

Trouble Shooting:

First find the problem visually.the problem can’t find visually after using the multimeter and check each component values like Resistor, Capacitor, Diode etc.,

Handling Components:

All through hole components,all package size smd resister,capacitor,DIP IC,QFP IC,GPS module,GSM module,3pin transistor,all type of LED,.etc.
